Nh Paris Gare De L'Est Hotel

Always my choice. Staff found my lost item on first visit. Has Wi-Fi, luggage storage, late check-in/out, 24-hour reception/security, bar. Coming back.

The room was so cozy and comfy, and the air conditioning was a game-changer in the Paris heat. The safe was a relief for keeping my valuables secure.

Didn't like the small size of the bathroom.

The hotel was fairly clean with very good staff and location. The restaurant here was magnificent for dinner, we both ordered fresh dishes. A great selection of food for breakfast including bread and bacon.

Everything was excellent, unbeatable location adjacent to the centre, train station, very nice experience. The staff members were accommodating and superfriendly.

As a solo traveler, I loved the convenient location opposite Gare de l'Est. The hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. The cleaning standards in each room were excellent, and the free mini bar was a nice touch. The room service was fantastic, and the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was also a great addition.

We enjoyed our really nice stay there a lot. The location was easy, for example, an industrial design museum was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with Indian dishes.

Brand-new, decent sized room with a wonderful view, everything was perfectly fine.

I had an amazing experience at this place! The staff was exceptional and always eager to help. This hotel is right across the station and is in a great location. If you need to get around, it's the perfect place for you. The rooms were clean and had ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I also enjoyed the free toiletries, flat-screen TV, and direct dial telephone. Fully satisfied with the service room, housekeeping, and dry cleaning.

Everything was really good, so were nice views to another room. The room was fully-equipped with a comfortable bed and an above average breakfast included. Knowledgeable staff were in good management at this establishment. The bar area was superb, I liked it.

Relaxing hotel in a nice area close to Indian Restaurants, a metro station. Compact and bright units with lovely bathroom. Quick check-in and the staff was consistently courteous!

We had a fantastic time exploring Cité des Enfants, a super fun kids' museum just a quick 20-minute metro ride away! The hotel's proximity to Gare de L'est and excellent access to public transportation made sightseeing such a breeze. The kids were thrilled with how easy it was to get around and explore the city.

In my wife's opinion, a dedicated children's play area in the hotel would have been a great addition for families with kids.

The breakfast was perfect, views were exceptional, exceptional location in front of the train station. It was airy, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Clean and functional hotel in 10th arr. District. Not to mention very good wifi!

I chose this hotel for a trade show as it offers five naturally lit meeting rooms with air conditioning and wireless Internet, ideal for larger events. The meeting rooms can be set up in various configurations, providing flexibility for different types of gatherings.

The only service I missed for work was a more stable and reliable hotel Wi-Fi connection, as it was challenging to conduct videoconferences and work efficiently due to the unstable and weak connection.

Excellent location, with easy access to metro. The staff was accommodating and turned down the loud music in the working area for me. The room was comfortable with good amenities. a great stay at Holiday Inn.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Paris Gare De L'Est for one night before our flights. The hotel's location was excellent, right opposite Gare de l'Est station and just 500m from Gare du Nord train station. Our double room had a comfortable bed and a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were friendly and the service was great, with complimentary refreshments provided in the room every day. The bathrooms were clean and the option to switch on the bathroom heater during the cold season was a nice touch. We also appreciated being able to check-in early and receiving maps of the city.

I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location, near the Gare L'Est train station, made traveling around the city a breeze. It was also a stone's throw from the underground. The Galerie Lafayette shopping area was a hop and a skip away, which made an afternoon of shopping a must. The staff was attentive and the rooms were clean, with modern decor. The bathrooms were spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and got your day started on the right foot.

The restaurant lacked ample space, which resulted in waiting for a table.

The hotel was conveniently located next to a subway station and within walking distance to popular tourist attractions. The friendly staff were helpful with directions and provided a delicious breakfast buffet, too.

Great location for transportation with easy access to metro and train stations. Comfortable beds and clean rooms with convenient amenities. Polite and helpful staff who assisted us with any requests we had. Good selection of breakfast items. a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The charming stained-glass windows in the lobby made me feel like I was sipping my coffee in a magnificent cathedral, rather than a hotel lobby. It added a touch of elegance and grandeur to my morning routine.

Direct access to transport, yummy free meals for the kids, fancy shopping nearby. So posh!

Oh dear, not a warm welcome and the surrounding cafes and shops were just too inviting.
